The ADCS Magi Sports team had a very successful 2022-2023 season and looks forward to competing again this season!
Fall Season (August to October): Girls Golf, Boys and Girls Cross Country
Winter Season (October to January): Boys and Girls Basketball, Tennis
Spring Season (February to May): Boys Golf, Boys/Girls Badminton, Boys/Girls Track and Field, Swimming
Magi Boys Golf - DIVISION 1
The boys team will be led by captains You Seong Choi (USA) and Prearamin Worradej (Thailand). They are joined by Tingwei Zhang (China), Matt Cho (USA), juniors Zuxu “Alex” Wu (China) and Stephen Luo (China), sophomore sensation Chutimon “Cartoon” Rujiranan, Hwi “Joseph” Hur (Korea), Ethan Ju (USA), Supawit Inter M (Thailand) and freshmen Peter Oh (Korea) and Lorenzo Sinjem (Brazil). We are looking to have our most successful season ever. We have already finished #2 in the DIVISION 1 Championships in 2023 and we are looking for more.
We have won our League Championships in the Western Athletic Conference every year since 2018. We have finished as high as #2 in the CIF State Championships, #2 in the SCGA Championships, and have multiple divisional championships all throughout the region.

We are proud of all of our golfers not just because they are great golfers but because of their academics and strength of character. COME JOIN OUR GOLF TEAM TODAY! Flexible schedules allow for training in the afternoons while attending classes in the morning and early afternoons all with a family atmosphere led by Coaches Victor Chayasirisobhon and Bobby Yamchuti.
Girls Golf
Our Girls Golf Program has featured great players like Sukaree “Stang” Kornkamol, Titita “Tita” Loudtragulngam, and Chutimon “Cartoon” Rujiranan. Our Lady Magi golfers are some of the best in all of California but also feature some golfers who just started a few years ago! Our girls golf team plays in the Fall season so come join our golf team!
Boys Basketball
We are excited to once again have a boys basketball team coached by 2019 Coach of the Year Joe Lam! We have a great team led by senior Mark Johnson and his brother sophomore Jeffrey Johnson. Sophomore Trevon Duncan and Junior Tom Chappius alongside many other players from all around the world including Vietnam, China, and France will take their league by storm. Basketball players come in all levels from those who just started playing to those who have been playing
Girls Basketball
Fun and Fantastic. Our girls basketball team led by captains Senior Emily Nienat and sophomore Janae Frigillana and coached by Coach Dante enjoyed a victorious season this year. Filled with players who were new to basketball and ones who were more experienced they learned teamwork, sportsmanship and how to win! Come join our Lady Magi Basketball team next Spring season!
Tennis
Our tennis team continues to grow and is led by captain and league player of the year, Brazil’s own, Sofia Barros! Our individual players play in the Western Athletic Conference and our school has a rich history of tennis stars that have come to get a great education while having time to train.
Track and Field
Our Track and Field team participates in a wide variety of events. From long jump, to discuss, and even hurdles, we train our students to compete and do their best while they represent our ADCS family.
